Our officers were called to Rotherham Baulk, Carlton-in-Lindrick, at 11.21am on Saturday (15 June 2024) following reports the boy had been seriously hurt.   A shop thief has been arrested by officers after he was suspected of stealing over £30 worth of steak from Sainsbury's in the Prospect Precinct whilst also in possession of a knife. The suspect, a man aged 36 dropped the knife when making his escape and was also found to have a a quantity of cannabis in his living room on arrest.

A burglar has been jailed after he was linked by his distinctive sideburns to the scenes of his crimes. Dean Whyte, aged 52, attempted to cover his face with a scarf as he approached two properties in Worksop in September last year.
